I would like to use the Dbtext component to display data as formatted text, currency etc. and have it alter as the database is stepped through. I can think of a few ways of doing this, but would very much like the opinion of the experts on this forum as to their recommendations, as none of my solutions would be very elegant. Finally I realise that buying a set of pre-written components would immediatly sort this out but where would the challenge in this be and what would I learn so please post your recommendations.
