I have noticed that most DSL connection require
port forwarding (openning a port from the modem's software)
in case of a server application.

I found out that for example Windows (or MSN) messenger
does that port forwarding from code when an audio conversation
is being established.

Can anyone tell me how is this possible from code?
i believe that somehow widows can be "asked" to do that job
but i am not sure.
