Hello,
When use print to file options from print dialog, file save in .PRN format,
how can print this prn file ?

you need to send the file to the printer, such as:
c:/> copy document.prn lpt1 <enter>
Remember that the prn file is created by the printer driver and will only be
understood by the printer it was created for. For example, if you print to
file using an HP printer driver, don't expect to be able to send the file to
an epson printer.
