I have this problem with the installation of delphi 2007: after selected the
language start a form for the RAD STUDIO Setup and suddenly appear a message
like this:
RAD STUDIO requires MDAC 2.8 with servoce pack 1 or later....
RAD STUDIO Setpu cannot continue.
All end I stay in front of the video. I check my MDAC version with the
little program of Microsoft cc_pkg and it tell me that the version is 2.81
service pack 1 on Windows XP SP2.
I have installed on my computer Delphi 4, 6, 2005, 2006 and they run. How
can I resolve this problem? |

You didnt state which OS you're on but it works with XP SP2, and Win
2003 SP2

You didnt state which OS you're on but it works with XP SP2, and Win

Did you do something odd like install office after SP2?
Try redoing the service pack
