I'm using ExpressQuantumGrid 3.2, and I'm trying to show Russian language in Windows thats locale is set to Baltic (Lithuanian, Latvian etc.) or English. That I'm trying to do by changing charset to RUSSIAN_CHARSET, in a design time it seems everything works fine but when I run an application such component as dxPopupEdit doesn't show russian symbols it looks like charset would be set to Baltic, and other components such as dxDbGrid, dxDbPopupEdit on start looks ok but when I'm trying to edit them they don't show russian characters any more. I change charset everywhere to russian_charset, but I can't get that to work. I found out that problem is somewhere in TdxInplaceEdit. So does any body know where can be the problem and how to solve it???
