I had a problem going from Delphi 6 Pro to BDS 2006, with quickreports 3.51 to 4.06 all in one bang. The TQuickRep component didn't come over correctly on the form so I cut everything off the form, put the new TQuickRep on the form, then paste everything I cut on to the TQuickRep.... then I was able to edit my form. Maybe others have had more success, but I ended up fiddling with about 30 reports. QuickReports came with BDS2006.
