I use the TPDFRender component to create a PDF file from a report.

The problem is that the pagesize generated is the same as the default pagesize of the default system printer.

How can i correct this. The pagesize must be A4.

Thanks, Ben

Hi Ben,

Please include both your Rave product (BE or BEX) and version number, please do this in EACH future support message. It helps us provide a better support answer. Also, be aware that there is a Borland.Public.Delphi.ThirdPartyTools.RaveReports newsgroup in addition to the Nevrona newsgroups. This reporting-charting newsgroup may not be monitored that much by Rave users.

First question, does the printer you are using support the A4 size? If it does, then you need to make sure that page size is selected before generating the report. The RenderPDF is going to use the generated report page size for its page size.

If you always want A4 as a default page size, then go to the "Edit - Preferences" menu option and select the "Defaults" view. There you can set your default page size for any "new" reports that you will design.

If the report is already designed, select the report and open the treeview on the right panel. Select the page and look at the property panel (left side). There you can change the PaperSize as needed.

Hi Nevrona Support,

I checked this but the default setting is already A4 and the pagesize setting of the report i designed is also A4.

Anything else i can do or check?
