Exe or DLL? And, how much does it cust to the end-user? However there are limitations on what types of applications you can build and distribute. You cannot for example, build a general purpose reporting or query building type of application. Your application should provide substantial functionality beyond reporting/query data, the report/query facilities should be only part of the application - not the focal point. The database should be a fixed or limited set of tables.
