An excellent question for borland.public.delphi.ide.general. I'll set
followup to that group (i.e. your reply will automatically go there).

Do you have any special third party components, experts, wizards, etc.
installed?

Most likely you have a 3rd party component that does not unload
properly. Try removing your 3rd party libs until the problem stops.

Allen.

Hi,

I had the same problem (although different AV message address
obviously...) for about 2 months and just after trying to uninstall some
3rd party tools I found the problem.

In my case it was excellent (unfortunatelly) GExperts package (the last
1.2 version). So, after un-installing it the problem disappeared.

I am wondering what would happen if I re-install it but will wait for a
while (at least until the 1.3 version appear).

p.s. I have Delphi 7.0 Professional...

Best Regards,
Boro
