The only way I can shutdown Delphi is by press CTRL+ALT+DEL and close Delphi
in the Joblist....
Is there an update for this problem or is there anyone there know what there
is wrong ???

Since not everybody that applied the update has the problem it is most likely
related to a 3rd-party component or IDE add-in you are using. I can only
advise to try to uninstall 3rd-party stuff one after the other until the
problem disappears. That should allow you to track down the problem component.

Hi!
I have the same problem with one machine in our company. We don't use 3rd-party components and the only way to resolve this problem was re-installing the OS. We format, install windows and Delphi and the problem stop.
