1) This is the wrong forum (followups set)
2) This is the wrong tactic anyway - normal priority should be fine so
long as your "is the handshake ready" loop is one that yields control
3) Calling windows API functions is merely a matter of including
windows.h (preincluded by vcl if I remember correctly) and calling
the function
