I wouldn't read much into the tide ebb and flow--the BDN Flash is going to
reflect whatever has had a lot of public activity lately--C#Builder is just
out, JBuilder 9 is still comparatively new, and C++Builder just had a very
important public letter published. By contrast, D7 is older and D8/DFDN
still a couple of months away (AFAIK; it's not promised until year's end),
so there's not much Flash news there.

I'd expect any edition of Flash published close to the end of the year to be
brim-full of D8 and DFDN information links. Just depends on what's being
released around the time of the broadcast.

NMah, it's whoever last puts up a welcome message for the area. I'm
going to redo some of them next week, I hope.

Phew! Thought it had something to do with your broken finger <g>.

It does make participating here much more difficult, but now that I've
got a cast on, I can use about 1.5 of the fingers on my right hand, so
that helps a lot.

How does one use 0.5 of a finger? <g>

By being able to use a second finger half the time. Tx *so* much for
making me have to type a reply to explain that. :-P

Puff. It's the first time I get this newsletter since I subscribed to it Smile
No clue, why it didn't got it before, though

Delphi, and even that one towards the end of the email -- I'm off that

Is there a different newsletter or is this the only one (that *talks*
about
Delphi -- from Borland)?

I've noticed that recently on Delphi's section on BDN there's John Kaster
welcoming us, while it used to be David I (I may be wrong here though).
Would this have anything to do with the newsletter?

Thanks.
