There is an other way to switch between applications : we can use the
program manager.
He does NOT send alt+tab notifications. Microsoft does not recommend using
exclusives programs because if an other application display a message wich
is system modal, it will desactivate your application and its devices
contexts (if it is a game in full screen); if your application is unable to
recreate its context the display will stay all black.
