Go to www.thawte.com and get a free certificate and then go to Microsoft's site and find
the download package of tools for signing code (CabArc.exe, Cert2Spc.exe, CertMgr.exe,
SignCode.exe, etc).

A "free" certificate? I know you can get a free email signing certificate,
but I didn't know that a code-signing certificate is free. I couldn't find a
free one anywhere. Can you point to a link? The only thing I can find is a
code-signing cert for 199.00 here:
http://www.thawte.com/html/RETAIL/devel/index.html
Thanks
