Hmm, without your project it is a bit difficult to help. When you say
*anything* does that include a new application with an empty form? In that
case re-install BCB6.
If it is just your "deadline" project that causes trouble then try:
1) Install the latest BCB6 patch (they are at #4 now as far as I remember)
2) Try to determine what is causing the internal error by commenting out
large chunks of code code.
3) Are you "streessing" the compiler with too many lines in one cpp
file/include files, or too many variables? Then split thing up into more
files.

You can try to rebuild all.
Also, turn on the "Don't save state file" in the project's linking settings.
Borland's incremental linking sucks.
