I removed the forum from my "subscribed" list and then re-added it. It was
the only way on OE I could get it to resyncronize.

Is that true for others as well?

You can also select properties, and then reset the local file in OE to do
the same thing.

Where does one find that file?

All rules have exceptions, except this one. True or false?

The file's physically located somewhere under "My Documents," usually,
with the name of the newsgroup. To reset it, just click reset on the third
tab, "Local File," of the newsgroup properties dialog.
