Hi,
I get a javaw.exe error when I try to access the Help topics in the JBuilder
3 IDE. It generates a "javaw.exe has encountered an error and needs to
close" which is not very helpful. The technical report is not very helpful
either.
Any tips on where to start looking for a solution?

On what operating system are you trying to run JBuilder 3? That version
is so old it won't work on most modern systems (Window 2000, XP, etc).

Have you tried downloading and using JBX Foundation?
