AFAIK, the BCB5 version was the last one that DIDN'T require notification in order to re-sell, nor does it have an 'activiation' requirement (though it does require the CD Key information). Since those were the original conditions of sale, it doesn't really matter WHAT Borland says at this point, does it? Not trying to be argumentative (really), just asking. [snip] Well, it all depends. If BCB5 was used to buy an upgrade to BCB6, then it can't be sold without the seller losing the BCB6 license.
