Pleas wrap your lines manually.
Open your original project in the ide and do a 'File | Save Project As ...
Save under a different name, -preferably- in a different directory.
Adjust intermediate output dir.
Remove unwanted units and so.

Say, don' t you manually have to add the files also so that they are |
taken from the new directory?

Which files ? If you rename a project than it still has the
same units/.cpp files -which stay in their directory-. Different
projects can use the same units/.cpp files. If they do then care
for a different intermediate output directory.
