I have problems with Speed up of compilation and speed up of the creation of
exe file, other than compiled headers, is there any other way?

I'm not sure how that relates to your subject line :)

If you are using BCB6 try renaming the .HDP files in the VCL includes
directory. They are apparently a form of precompiled header but in most
people's experience they seem to make things a lot worse.

Also make sure you have background compilation turned off.

More RAM may also be worth considering. I would recommend a minimum of
512MB and 1GB if you can.
