I have a WIN32 COM DLL that I recently upgraded from Delphi 7 to Delphi
2006. When I try to register the DLL via regsvr32, I get the message
that the registration succeeded, but after pressing OK, regsvr32.exe
stays resident in memory and never exits. The DLL does in fact get
registered properly.

This is in turn is causing problems in the Installshield installer
where this DLL is marked as "self-registering". When the installer
tries to register it, it hangs.

Has anyone seen this with Delphi 2005/2006? The same code compiles and
registers just fine in Delphi 7.

Any help will be greatly appreciated...thanks!
