|
|
Borland Enterprise Studio, Solaris 5.9,
Weblogic 8.1 SP2, jdk 1.4.1_05
Remote Debugging
I'm trying do remote-debug a Web-application in Weblogic-server.
I'm doing this by attaching to a running instance of WLS-server.
Debug options
-Xdebug -Xnoagent -Xrunjdwp:transport=dt_socket,address=8991,server=y,suspend=n
I can set a breakpoint on one of the deployed classes, and JBuilder debugger
stops nicely at that breakpoint, when corresponding JSP-page is rendered.
However this happens only once at each start of the WLS-server.
If I redisplay&Reevaluate this JSP, 'Ctrl-reload', I never stop at the
breakpoint again.
I have to restart the server to have the breakpoint stopped at.
Which is a slow procedure.
Greatfull for any help

I'm not seeing this problem, but then, I'm not running on Solaris. Have
you downloaded and installed Update 3 for JBX?
