Was closed because could not duplicate, however this is an old problem that
can be duplicated. I've added comments to the report, but will another
report need to be made or can you request that it be reopened?

Simon.

QC is supposed to allow you to edit the report to change it from
closed back to reported. This (currently) doesn't work for reports that
have been added to the internal system, but "John Kaster (Borland)"

If the report is open, it cannot be changed. If it has been closed, it
should be re-openable with new steps or additional information. The
situation of

Reported to Promoted (open) to Closed

to reopen may indeed be something not currently supported. If it is
not, attach a comment to the report for now. We're going to be
automating the synchronization of reports from QC <-> Internal system
ASAP, so this is something that will become far more dynamic.
