Is ReportSmith 3.02 can redistrubitable (Shipped with Delphi 2.0). I mean,
can I give that program to my customer with my application without any
registering violation.

According to the deploy.txt file that comes with Delphi 2.0 (Developer
and Client/Server Suite Editions):

If your application uses the Delphi TReport component, you may deploy
ReportSmith Runtime. The InstallShield Express program greatly
simplifies this process.

The ReportSmith Runtime allows users to view and print reports
created in ReportSmith. If you would like to provide your end users
with the ability to modify reports or create new ones, they must have
a license for ReportSmith. Contact your local Borland sales office
for details.

The ReportSmith Runtime redistributable files are:

All *.rst files are predefined report styles. All of these files can
be redistributed, but are not required for operation.

InstallShield Express does not automatically install SH30W32.DLL and
RS_DATAD.DLL. You will need to add these to the list of installed
dll's in order to run ReportSmith.
