Windows 98 (works fine on Windows XP)
Windows Media Player 9.0 (other versions of media player seem to work fine)

The control seems to resize fine, but the video does not resize with the
control. The painting in the area where there is no video is also messed
up. The stretch to fit setting seems to have no affect.
I have tried importing both the msdxm.ocx and wmp.dll controls for windows
media player.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a workaround?

(To see if there is a problem with the control, I pulled it into c# and it
worked there. Please let me know if you have any ideas)
