Is there official link to a description and full terms of Software Assurance
program (for Delphi)
So far I found this:
=======
Borland has thought a maintenance programme, called Assurance, which allows
to get a single purchase order for all Enterprise products (Delphi,
C++Builder, JBuilder e Kylix) and to automatically receive the updating
versions which are available in the space of one, two or three years with a
very inexpensive price!
=======
Is there a terms and prices for one, two and three years?
Is there a renewal policy (I buy one year but I want extend it to three....,
for example)?
I google it, but only found some information about one year agreement
There was a link
http://www.borland.com/support/emea/software_assurance.html, but it is not
valid anymore

This one worked for me:
http://support.borland.com/support_info/support_offerings.asp?Region
=Americas#SA
Start at http://support.borland.com, work your way through the
menus. Prices aren't likely posted anywhere for anything besides
"adding the one year to a purchase". At BorCon they told us it was
20% of a new user license per year, except EMEA, which is 25% of a
new user license per year, IIRC.
Anything else besides yearly renewals probably has to be sold by a
Borland salesperson, not via the channel, and probably will only be
quoted in person/over the phone.
I'm waiting for my S/A to expire to see how they handle the
renewal. Hopefully they'll send me an invoice well before, since
accounting around here can take forever to cut a check.

Yes I am aware of this page
Still it does not contain full information. No information about renewal
and/or multiyear SA contracts.
As a side question, does Borland sell cars or sales department come with
this background?
Do I have to negotiate price each time? Shouldn't it be public?
I did went here
http://shop.borland.com/dr/v2/ec_MAIN.Entry16?SP=10024&PN=29&xid=39696&V1=31033233&V2=31033233&V3=1&V5=0&V4=38&S1=&S2=&S3=&S4=&S5=
and I do not see SA prices.
Only when you go inside
http://shop.borland.com/dr/v2/ec_MAIN.Entry10?V1=619134&PN=1&SP=10023&xid=39696&CID=0&DSP=&CUR=840&PGRP=0&CACHE_ID=1440300000153873
you will some limited information.
There is a link to another source which has somewhat similar info
