I am looking for a way to:
- temporarily suspend a process
- specify what the maximum allowable RAM for a task is before Windows starts paging it
I'm not so sure Windows is even *able* to do this, let alone that there is a tool that makes this available..

Please trim your sig and learn to quote.
NativeAPI has absolutely nothing to do with 3rd-party applications,
and your 3rd party applications ng has nothing to do with non-delphi apps.
Therefore my post here was OK.
