Is there a forum where I can obtain some help with SMTP in
TurboPower's iPro?

Todd,

Support newsgroups for most of the TurboPower open source libraries are
hosted on an NNTP server at: news://216.55.156.96

See the bottom link below for more options.

Go Turbos!

Donald,

Quote:
I had unsubscribed to these news groups because I get an Error of
Failed to Connect to the Server!
when trying to get messages for example the group t.a.general.

Did you use news://TurboControl.com or news://216.55.156.96 ?

I moved the TurboControl.com server last month so right now the
newsgroups can only be accessed by the IP address.

Please try nntp://216.55.156.96:119/* and let me know if that works.

That seems to be the only "proper" way (RFC1738) to make a URL for the
TurboControl newsgroups since they must be accessed by the IP address
right now.
