Hello:
is it poosible to send sound files (wav, mp3 or others) by modem over
telephone line after communication has been established? and how?
I'm not using the internet

Geez, you are really taxing the memory banks now.
We used to do file transfer using a protocols like XModem, YModem etc.
Search the Web for utilitys that reside on both PC's to transfer the files.
