I was just testing a command line sample from latest platform sdk that
recommends executable to have these parameters:

Operating System Version: 5.00
Sub-system Version: 5.00

Now the latest version of ilink32 (5.69) says this:

-Vd.d Specify Windows version
-Vd.d Specify subsystem version

In fact option d sets subsystem version. That means there is no way to
set OS version for executable. It will always be 4.0.

That appears to be bug, wouldn't you agree?
