Is there anything where I can just say "draw the title bar like this, and use these graphics for the min, max close buttons in their various states", without having to go through and edit all of my existing forms etc.? Not worried about checkboxes, radio buttons etc. at all. But Toolbar2000 + TBX work like theme also, except you have to use a new set of visual components...
