|
|
Can anyone recommend a good SMS messaging provider (by web service)
primarily for the U.S.? I do not know how or desire to implement the web
service myself as long as the rate per message is not prohibitive. What I am
looking for is reliability and coverage.
I will have numerous applications installed throughout the U.S. that call
the web service so I will need to be able to set the sender information as
well as the recipient.
The ability to log message details from the service instead of from
individual locations would be best for billing purposes, though I can
implement my own web service that calls the SMS gateway if necessary.
Thanks for any information,
Johnnie |

Richard,
Are any of these based in the United States or have you had any personal
experience with them?
My cellular provider (Cingular) has a simple, free email interface for
receiving messages, but I want to be able to support those cellular
providers that do not have the email capability using SMS.
Thanks,
Johnnie |
