VCafe and now Visual Studio offer an option to select,
cut, paste an arbitrary rectangular region in the editor.
I think VCafe called this column select.

Is it hiding somewhere in JB (I can't seem to find it) ?

thx

This is related to my question (46795). In Vi, one can use Ctrl+v to start column select but I'm not sure if the Vi keymapping in JB has the visual line mode built-in (which is essentially my question).
