Hi All

This may be a bit off topic but there has been some talk of software sales.

If any of you out there have developed a software application which has been
successfully sold on your local market, and are looking to
broaden your market. I looking for a package or packages to market in South
Africa.

I have some of my own software which I am marketing but would like to offer
some other packages.

Thanks

Godfrey,

What is your target market? Home users? Businesses?

What is the type of software you have? Tools/Utilities? Web? Games?
etc?

What are you able to offer a potential affiliate?

You might want to check out eSellerates Affiliate program. It is fairly
good.

Hi

At present I am marketing and supporting point of sale software which I have
developed but I would like to broaden my market base. At this stage my
options are open. I would like to get a package or packages which will
appeal to the medium to larger businesses.

Thanks

Godfrey, you could resell our BS/1 Enterprise wholesale, manufacturing

license the source code and resell the compiled app royalty-free.

Hi Godfrey,

We (BIIT Software Systems) have developed a desktop based Website Content
Management System (CMS) called CMS Encore Pro (Encore).

Encore creates and maintains a website in an easy and structured way
by using Page Templates, Components, Themes, etc. It also has the ability to
create html help files (.chm), so can be used as a Help Authoring tool too.
It also has a powerful built-in delphi/object pascal like scripting language
so that users can create their own advanced templates, components and
themes.

The product is also ideal to be used by web design studios too, to manage
their customers websites, and the immediate advantage would be that they can
create, manage and update their customers websites in much shorter time,
making them much more productive than the competition.

We are based in Cape Town, South Africa. So if you are interested please
contact me.
