I have a question. I need to start a development about Mobile Phones and Mobile Telephony Networks. I need to develop an application for getting information from the cell phone and cellular network, the data from cells etc I. Taht application will run inside a Mobile Phone. I found that Borland has a Jbuilder Mobile Edition. My questions are: 1) are there an API for doing this? 2) Jbuilder Mobile is the right tool for developing this? 3) where can i find more useful information? I surfed the web but the information is too spare... Thanks friends...
