Hi,
OK, its Java, but there is some interesting UML diagrams at..

...where they have basically created UML models for some of the big Java
opensource projects.
One that would be of special interest to readers of this group is the
Hibernate model. Hibernate is fast becoming the defacto
object/relational persistence framework in the Java work. The
net.sf.hibernate.hql package contains quite an interesting
implementation of an 'object query language' subsystem.
