Hi All!

I have just received my Copy of delphi 8Arch a week ago and have some
specific problems that I wish to post but don't know where. So I'll try here

1. When Dragging a Stored Procedure (MSSQL) from the Data Explorer onto a
Form or Component Tray all Properties are set except the parameters
Collection of the bdpCommand Object. Manually adding all this is tedious
(sp's can have many parameters) and I believe this should be automatic. In
MS C# this works properly using the Sqlcommand Object. I could not confirm
Borland C# as I only have the personal version.

2. I have created a simple .NET Library with a simple class that just has a
simple function that returns a DataTable in order to test between other .NET
languages. I can use the resulted .dll in MSC# and Borland C# with no
problem. Adding the same reference in a Delphi8 Winform/VCL Project I get
the following error:

[Fatal Error] Could not import assembly 'myFirstLib because it contains
namespace 'Borland.Delphi.System'

3. I got the TADONETConnector component to work but had to hook up
everything in CODE. Is that the intention? ie. TFieldDefs... Not really RAD!

4. Are there 'Borland Data Provider Components' for VCL.NET
Forms/Datamodules? I can ofcourse use these components in Code Not really
RAD.

5. The Data explorer only seems to have purpose when working with using .NET
windows forms. When working with VCL all it does is return data...

maybe someone can help/comment on these probs.
