In fact, what i'm trying to do is: build an application that I could write sql in portuguese and the parser could translate it to original sql language and the error message I could change to portuguese too!! In that case you need natural language analizer. Or you mean something like query-by-example? Query builder? Translating error messages to portuguese also has nothing to do with sql parser.
