One doesn't "install it" per se in any version of JBuilder.
It's more of a configure and add operation.

JBuilder 2007? You can open the project properties, and choose
"Java Build Path" property page. Flip to the "Libraries" tab,
select "Add library... ", select "User Libraries" from the list,
and select your custom library, in this case, the one for Struts.

(Note that this is different from the way it is done in former
versions of JBuilder.)

Save time, search the archives:
http://info.borland.com/newsgroups/ngsearch.html

Is it in Joi Ellis's Faq-O-Matic?
http://www.visi.com/~gyles19/fom-serve/cache/1.html

Finally, please send responses to the newsgroup only.
That means, do not send email directly to me.
Thank you.
