This question assumes Borland Delphi 2007. File New doesn't contain
IWForm in the list of things that can be created. Can I add that to the
repository?

The online help is most unhelpful in this respect, and neither the
Object Pallette nor the File New menu appears to be of any use here.

If you already have a Intraweb project open, then File\New\Other should
provide you the option to add another IWForm to you application

That option is missing from the File-New and the component palette. If

I open up File->New- and click Customize, the option appears, but it's
being hidden at runtime, even when I have
an IW project open. I think its Delphi 2007 specific, 'cos the New form
option appears in Delphi 2006. (So for now, I'm back in 2006.)

NOT SURE what is going on on your end, but it exists in my Delphi 2007

are you sure you are choosing:

File\ New \ Other
