Hoover Guest Posted: Fri Jun 02, 2006 2:15 pm    Post subject: support.borland.com : LOGIN Hi, How do I setup my login for support.borland.com so that I can download patches for my BDS 2006? On the site, it states... "Customers receive their login and password to http://support.borland.com when they complete their order for a Borland support and maintenance contract. Primary contacts at customer sites receive a detailed e-mail describing the available service features and information on Authorized Technical Contacts for their site. Login credentials will be sent via e-mail." ....but I can't find where to do this. Is "Submit an installation case" the right place? What did my software do when it "phoned home" to register, etc.?
