By default, windows.pas gives the non-unicode versions of all
routines/data structures. There doesn't seem to be a way to change
this at compile time. Is there a way to specify use unicode, or do
all components calling windows.pas have to explicitly use e.g.
PDeviceModeW vs PDeviceMode?
