Kind of a generic broad brush question... anyway, how do you determine a base or recommended CPU, ram, etc. standard? With Vista coming out sometime in the future?... the bar has to go up a tad it seems. Just wondering what people use to determine baseline/recommended specs for the software that's out there. Most of my software can run on Windows 95+, 32MB RAM. But it´s hard to find Windows 95 today, so you can just test on Windows 98 and say that´s recommended.
