Are these available anywhere else?
They use to be here:

Apparently the author withdrew them after some dispute...
The activex controls for the tablet pc leave a lot of things out. Like
access to the pen input panel.
Does anyone know how to access the PenInputPanel and assigned the active
control? or has the api headers translated to Delphi?

TabletPC API is not in widespread use. I do not know of a conversion.

I understand, although I haven't tried it yet, that you can use Delphi 8
..NET to do Tablet development. The tablet sdk is now .NET.
