I am having a problem with TAnimate, when I build the program and put it on
a computer I get a message "Cannot open AVI." when running the program.
What is the problem.

Are you saying that it runs on one system but not another?

Is it an Access Violation or an Exception or what? What is the
exact message and type?

You'll most likely need to post some code. I know that I can't
help without it.

This happens to me also when using an AVI other than the ones that come with windows.
I think it is a file format issue, Or maybe a file size issue.
