Hi,

I want to use TCppWebBrowser to get information from the internet (download
a file and parse).
That works nicely. The disadvantage is that this only works with IE >= 4
Therefore I create the instance dynamically and only when the system is
'good' enough.

The problem is that on program startup there is still an exception error
even when the instance is not created.
E.g. on an NT system with IE 2 the program throws an exception error (and
works OK after that error)

So it seems that VCL is doing something in the back anyway.
This is annoying. Does this make sense at all or do you think I'm still
doing something wrong ?
Is there a way to work around this.
