Please help!!!
Can anybody tell me how to set up a master-detail relation with TDbf?
What do I have to do with indexes, keyfields, masterfields, eccc.?

I haven't used TDBF in any apps, but it should be the same as setting
them up for any database engine that supports XBASE tables, such as
the BDE, Advantage, etc. If you're saying you had a setup that worked
under another database engine but causes a problem under TDBF, please
be more specific about what the problem is.

OTOH, if you're looking for general principles on how to set up the
master-detail relationship, this goes beyond anything that can be explained
in a short Usenet posting. Work through the relevant chapters of your
"Developer's Guide" that came with Delphi (you have it as a PDF on the CD,
even if you don't have the printed manuals), or a good third-party book.
