We've been trying to contact Ewan McNab of QSC re Team Coherence, but
have had no response. Ewan's usually very good at getting back to
customers. Does anyone know if there's a problem with QSC?

Thanks,

John

You are not alone. People in the "teamcoherence" newsgroup on the
"news.soft-gems.net" server have been discussing that very issue recently.

A few days ago, Thunderbird notified me that all newsgroups from
that server I've been subscribed to have disappeared! VTV, TC, all
gone. Since I haven't seen any announcements, it really seemed wierd.

To this day, I still can't see any newsgroups on that server, except for
control.*.

I have been accessing the "teamcoherence" newsgroup daily using OE without
any problems.

Has anyone experienced anything similar?

I think "Yes, a serious one!" would be a short term answer. Any further
explanation wouldn't change the facts anyway.

It appears to be in terminal decline.

I have been *very* happy with Team Coherence and it has saved my bacon
many times!!!!

I have also been in contact with Ewan on and off over the last year and
he has indicated that QSC and Team Coherence are very much alive!!!

From what I understand is that he is finishing off a new release to fix
some bugs and at that time will post some news on his newsgroup as well.

I feel TC is still very much alive and saving people everyday!!!<VBG>

I wish I shared your optimism, but their website has disappeared so it's
not looking good. Perhaps it's just a technical issue.

In the next few days, though, we are hoping to switch to a new
dedicated
server. The web site is already set up (www.teamcoherence.com), but we can't
yet process Email for that domain (again we are talking to the, different,
provider to get this sorted).

New Site working well :)
