|
|
I'm using TeeChart 7. The X-axis values are datetime-values and the data may
start and end at any day and at any time. I want to show the data per day,
per week and per month (the user should be able to switch whenever he
wants). I would like to use TeeChart's paging but paging works with a fixed
number of points per page, how can I use with exact period of time (week,
day, month, etc)?
Regards

Hi Laszlo
Chart1.MaxPointsPerPage does not allow indicating a datetime period with variable number of points.
Currently TeeChart can only automatically divide series in multiple pages with the same number of points.
We have this request logged into our wishlist database and will consider it to develop in future releases.
Alternatively, you can use the Chart1.BottomAxis.SetMinMax method to emulate paging, passing the minimum start date-time and the
maximum ending date-time values for each "page" of data.

Hello David!
Thanks your help.
I have 2 other question:
-How can I print previewing several carts on one page in a preview dialog?
-How can I printing multiple carts?
regards
Laci

Hi Laci,
You'll find an example of this at the features demo included with v7 binary
installer. The example can be found at "All
Features\Welcome!\Printing\Multiple Charts".
