Does any one know of a third part plug-in that will build code from MS Visio
UML Class diagrams or a plug in for JBuilder 2005 that allow the import or
construction of UML diagrams to facilitate code building?

AFAIK, Visio diagrams are saved as Visio diagrams, they are not UML
(Unified Modelling Language)... They have all the UML symbols
(pictures), etc, but there is no UML representation backing them up.
You should probably confirm this by asking the question in a Visio group.
Basically, you need to find out if there is a way of converting those
diagrams to real UML. At that point, you could use Together. Together
is a true two-way modelling tool. And it is completely integrated with
JBuilder.
